We practice both of a ‘Kata’ and a ‘Kumite’ in the first half. We are looking to improve a physical strength and compete in the tournaments.

It is ideal for health management and physical fitness enhancement for children and their parents.

In the second half, we practice incandescently with a focus on the ‘Kumite’.

We practice ‘Kata’ and ‘Kumite’ each other week. In the class of ‘Kata’, anyone can participate as we practice according to the level of beginner and intermediate and above. This class is also suitable for those who would like to practice only ‘Kata’ or ‘Kumite’. Therefore, parents and children can join enjoy and practice.

We enjoy practicing Japanese traditional metrical arts, Karatedo with children on Yokota Air Base.

On the base, we introduce Karate at elementary school demonstrations and hold a Karate recital on the stage once a year.
